VG5000 & HM-X6000

OKK’s VG5000 and HM-X6000, 50-taper 5-axis machining centers can efficiently process complicated multi face parts through the use of 5-Axis simultaneous cutting routines. Both machines come with a high power 12,000 RPM CAT50 spindle and (2) station direct turn pallet changer system. The VG5000 is being exhibited with an optional Fastems automatic Flexible Pallet Container system FPC. This FPC system is a cost effective alternative to pallet pool and is expandable according to the growth of the company.

OKK machines offer high-tech, ecologically responsible components such as: core-chilled double anchored ball screws, with impregnated seals and large cage roller LM guides that achieve ultra-high rigidity, smooth motion, and log-term maintenance free operation.

VM600 & HM1250S

OKK’s HM1250S and VM600 offer exceptional heavy-cutting capabilities. These CAT50 taper machines offer high-torque and high horsepower, combined with a large diameter core chilled ball screws for stable, accurate machining.

The VM600 is OKK’s newest box way construction machine. It’s equipped with extra large axial slide way surfaces, and powered by high thrust servo motors. This combination of power, integrated with a geared spindle head, allows for large material removal rates. .
